Introduction
This semester you will have the choice of completing a set of projects prescribed by the course staff, or a single term project of your choosing. More detail about each of these options is available below.If you would like to do a self-chosen project, you must submit a project proposal by the deadline. We will review your proposal and accept it, perhaps with revisions, or reject it before the first of the prescribed projects is handed out. If we do not submit a project proposal, or if we do not accept your proposal, you are required to complete the prescribed projects.
